What to Include

Please include the following information in your WeTransfer message:

  • Dental laboratory name
  • Contact name
  • Lab case/reference ID
  • Restoration type
  • Tooth number(s)
  • Material
  • Shade
  • Implant system/components, if applicable
  • Special instructions, if applicable

Please use your laboratory's case/reference ID when possible and avoid including unnecessary patient-identifying information in the WeTransfer message.

Digital Files

Include all digital files necessary to manufacture the case, along with any design or manufacturing notes your laboratory requires. If something is missing, our team will follow up before production begins. Files cannot be uploaded on LabBridgeDental.com — digital cases are currently sent through WeTransfer to the address above.
